Revitalisation of a former railway system

Between the Nymphenburg Schlosspark and the S-Bahn station Laim CA Immo developed on a 45 hectare area a new, high-quality inner-city neighborhood. The majority of the construction sites for around 1,200 apartments were sold to developers. CA Immo has also built there a modern sports center. In 2012 the completion of the office, commercial and medical center AMBIGON occurred.

As a representative of the owner and development support omniCon has controlled planning and construction services for excavation, dismantling, restructuring, ordnance clearance and disposal work as well as development works for traffic areas and open spaces from a technical perspective to public- law and sales contracts and prepared the land for sale and take over.
