Revitalisation of a former railway system
In the heart of the Europaviertel West the revitalization of a former railway area into a high quality residential district took place. The primary tasks included to control all planning and construction services for excavation, dismantling, restructuring, ordnance clearance and disposal and development work and to accompany beyond a natural legal resettlement measure of wall lizards. Prior to the building rights (development plan) we obtained the exemption (declassification) from the planning authority of the Eisenbahnbundesamt. The development work included the preparation of connecting routes with greenery and a park. The completed infrastructure works were adopted by the City of Frankfurt/M. adopted.
