Restructuring of a former Barrier Drinker and revitalisation of a former railway system
Located directly next to the Berlin Central Station and vis-à-vis to the government district, the project area for the new urban quarter Europacity at Heidestrasse stretches north and covers an area of approximately 40 hectares. The objective of the development is a mixed quarter with unmistakable, high quality urban living: Living, work, culture and leisure time.
omniCon advised the owner of the area during the procurement of planning permission, public law contracts and technical contents of purchase contracts with prospective clients.
omniCon assumes all not delegable tasks of the client and control all processes.
As a prepared measure the restructuring of a former Deutsche Bahn Schwellentränke (tar oil and zink damage) through soil replacement has been made.
