Construction Management Office Building Belmundo, Düsseldorf. Construction Time: 2012 – 2015

Situated in a prime location on Belsenplatz, Belmundo is becoming established as a new landmark for Oberkassel with its distinctive architecture. Before construction even began, 70% of the office building had already been rented out. The main tenants of the building are De Lage Landen, a global supplier of leasing and finance solutions as well as a REWE-supermarket on the ground floor. The building’s light, airy office spaces are characterized by equipment that is both of high-quality and quite functional. The flexible layout allows for efficient single and double office solutions as well as hybrid and open-plan offices. The sustainable overall concept of the building not only saves on valuable natural resources, but also ensures an extremely comfortable climate, for example by the employment of an innovative energy concept.
