First building block in the Europacity
In immediate vicinity of the Berlin central station the German headquarters of the TOTAL oil company, the TOUR TOTAL in Berlin, was placed and completed in September 2012. The office highrise was designed by Barkow Leibinger architect’s and established the first module in the Europacity. The TOUR TOTAL consists of 16 office floors with a gross floor area of approximately 18,000 m². Through to the proximity of the Central Station, it is ideally connected to the public transport. The tower was built as a green building and has received the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) Gold certification.
