Technical processing and project management
On a construction area of 30 ha a new city district with a mixed utilization of living, culture and commercial space will be developed at Zollhafen Mainz. As the project manager omniCon is responsible for the technical processing of our department property conditioning and infrastructure including contaminated sites, development traffic area, a new bridge, open and green area, quay facilities and water areas considering flood protection.
