Construction Management Office Building Monnet 4, Berlin. Construction Time: 2014 – 2015

The Monnet 4 office building is in the immediate proximity of the Berlin Central Station and adjoins the Tour Total which has been completed in 2012. Construction of the building has started in January 2014 and has been finished in summer 2015. The building, designed by Berlin-based architects Barkow Leibinger, completely adopts the architectural language of the adjacent Tour Total, even as it maintains its own character through the choice of materials for its façade. Alike all of CA Immo’s building-projects, the Monnet 4 as a Green Building, will adhere to strict sustainability criteria. These criteria stress efficient use of energy and space, quality of life and convenience for those using the building.
