Revitalisation of a former railway system
One of the most beautiful areas of Düsseldorf is to acquire a new and attractive supplement in the form of the BelsenPark quarter. It is a lodging for young and old alike with high quality, quiet residential areas, retail, restaurants, offices and services. The centerpiece is a 2-hectare park. In 2011, the first residential areas sold to developers. At the same time the first measures for site clearing were introduced.
As a representative of the owner omniCon has supported the revitalization of the former railway area since the inventory process and exemption from the planning authority of the Eisenbahnbundesamt and controls the planning and construction services for natural gas, decommissioning, remediation and disposal work.
