Construction Management InterCityHotel Berlin Central Station, Berlin- Construction Time: 2011 – 2013

At the pulse of the capital

With about 410 rooms on the side facing the chancellery of the Central station there has been placed not only the biggest InterCity Hotel but also the flagship of the brand. The eight-storey hotel is targeted to the upper middle class. The architecture, designed by the office Reichel + Stauth, is based on fundamental principles of urban development, which were found in line with a design competition in 2006. The building consists of a gross space floor of 19,800 sqm and offers space for about 70 parking lots. Two independent commercial areas, open the building to its surrounding and contribute to the urban flair.
