In the emerging Kunibertsviertel in the city of Cologne new, modern offices were built for the Sparda-Bank. Due to conversion and expansion of the existing building an office building arose. The historic vaulted cellar will be supplemented by an additional attachment. One minute from the main station an ideal location for companies has been situated.
