Residential and retail building
A new harbour quarter is developed at Zollhafen Mainz which includes the residential and retail building Rheinallee III. The location directly at the river Rhein as well as an optimal transport connection constitute an attractive area for urban living: Living, Working, Culture and Leisure. The Rheinallee III development is to be mixed-use as well, with rental apartments, daycare center as well as retail. The theme “hart shell – moved core” will be reflected in the 5- storey building façade as well as in the open design down to the river Rhein.
